Joint Venture
ALPLA commenced pump production in Hyderabad and entered injection moulding through a joint venture with HANA Innovation in 2020. They provide premium, recyclable pumps, and bottles, uniting global strength and technological leadership. With ALPLAhana, Michael Feltes, and Sung Il Kang aim to propel the pumps market.

ALPLA is one of the world’s leading companies in the manufacture and reuse of plastic packaging. Around 23,300 employees worldwide produce custom-made packaging systems, bottles, caps and moulded parts at 196 sites in 47 countries. The high-quality packaging is used in a wide range of areas, including for food and drinks, cosmetics and care products, household cleaning products, detergents and cleaning agents, pharmaceutical products, engine oils and lubricants.
ALPLA operates recycling plants for PET and HDPE in Austria, Germany, Poland, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Romania and Thailand. Other projects are being realised elsewhere around the world.

HANA Innovation, based in Hwaseong, South Korea, is a provider of innovative plastic pump dispensing systems and solutions. With more than 300 registered patents and global customers in all areas of the cosmetics industry, HANA is an established pump manufacturer. Founded in 1993, the company supplies international brand-name manufacturers of consumer goods in the beauty and healthcare sectors and also manufactures packaging for medical use in the ISO Class 4 clean room.
